I ran Boston last year, planning on running it in 2012 again! I heard Chicago was a good run and pretty flat! You'll love it! Best tip I ever got - put baby shampoo on your feet inside your socks and shoes, it will help you avoid blisters!!! 26.2 miles, 4:25 and not a single blister!!!!! Oh and MAKE SURE you use body glide…

My mom used to make us zuchinni mini pancakes. She'd shred the zuchinnis, mix them up with an egg white, skim milk and a couple of table spoons of flour (whole wheat, oatmeal, buckwheat, your choice)....and hten just pan fry on a pan sprayed with PAM. Serve with sour cream or plain greek yogurt.

One of the best advices I ever got for when i was running the Boston Marathon was to rub baby shampoo on your feet. I ran all 26.2 and not a single blister!!!! AND why baby shampoo vs regular shampoo you may ask?! Well in case you DO develop a blister, the baby shampoo is made so it doesn't sting :) Good Luck!!!!! Keep on…

Congratulations on your amazing weight loss! First of all. Secondly, I think the reason you're in a plateau is because your body is used to the calorie intake/work outs and you've been maintening.
