I eat all the "worst" foods first too! I'm a save the best for last kid (I also save the "best" piece of a burger till the end!). I actually wish I wasn't like this....then I could eat the best when I'm not approaching full and can leave some of the "not best" foods on my plate.....

Look at it this way, if you decide to try and stop logging - there's no reason you can't start again! I'm definately more aware of the foods I'm eating - and they make a difference! Sodium has go to be one of the worst culprits. I've been counting calories on this site for a year and a half and slowly I have eliminated most processed foods.

I logged mine as "High Intensity Aerobics". I got an HRM for Christmas and when I started using it I noticed that the amount was VERY close to the calories MFP was giving me for "High Intensity Aerobics" :)

YES! When I was a WW member and dealing with "points", we were taught that we could "bank" our points and carry them from one day to another, as long as we "reset" after the week was over. We could also bank all our exercise points for whenever we needed them, again, within the same week :) I do this all the time :)
