I hate them. I changed way too many of my younger brothers diapers to eat guacamole. Oh, and... um... Almonds.

I have arthritis in my lower back so have talked to the trainer at the gym, and he recommended the Back Extension machine. I have only been doing it for a month, and it has helped immensely. I don't do a lot of weight (75 lbs.) and do three sets of twenty. if your gym has one of these, I highly recommend it.

"Eye of the Tiger" on repeat and MAXIMUM VOLUME! (Sorry... not helpful.) I actually listen to books on tape*. Yes, I'm boring. EDIT: *Well, they were books on tape years ago. Now I suppose they are Audio Books. And I have them on my phone in MP3 format. Anyway... yes, I'm old.

No. Not worth the calories or the money. I tried the waffle taco with sausage and the sausage was mealy and tasted like it was over processed turkey meat or something with very little sausage flavor. The bacon waffle taco was okay. Just okay. I mean, the bacon was fine, but the rest... powdered eggs, and not enough cheese…

Actually, you could make a fondant boat, and then pretty much anything could be floated to you. And, those Scoopables Tostitos would probably float bite-sized snickers. This will work! I'm going out tomorrow and buying a pool!

Waffle Taco is only 370 calories and left grease on their hands? Hmm. Not sure if I trust that calorie count.

I have that problem with a local taco place that serves awesome, healthy food, but has no nutrition information on their website. I kind of "dissected" the tacos using the database and just looked for things with a few confirmations. I always try to err on the side of higher calories with restaurant food since their aim is…

My thought is, why spend the money on whatever "potion" they are selling. The MFP plan works... and it works WELL... and, best of all, IT'S FREE. Best of luck to you!

I would check the box and see if it says "as prepared" -- and then see if the directions include using an oil to cook in. I would say that most of the time, it's not included in the calories, and you should add it. Although, if I use 1 Tbsp of butter to cook two pancaked, and there's a bit left in the pan, I log it as .5…

I didn't read all the responses, but just wanted to throw out there that my nutritionist told me regular exercise (30 minutes, 5 times/week) helps your body retain good cholesterol and flush bad cholesterol. She told me why, as well, or how... or something, but I really only remembered that it helps.

I am sooo adding cream cheese to my grocery list! I know you use a food scale, but do you have approximate measurements in Tbsp/tsp?

You can buy a bag of just the marshmallows on amazon.com (although, what can't you buy on amazon?): http://tinyurl.com/l3zq34y Not that I'm encouraging anyone to do it. But, you know... if you must. ????

I think our bodies adjust to the lower calorie intake. And, the stomach adjusts as well, and I've found if I eat healthier, I don't really get the cravings I used to. I would be sure to keep your calories above 1,200, or more, depending on your height. Could just be that you're not as focused on food as you used to be? I…
