Agree!! Also, look at some of the success stories on here. Very very inspirational. First thing first please try & change your eating habits. Start low. Get rid of the sugary drinks like soda. Log in here daily for great advice. I love this site. It's inspiring me to do better.

Water with either fresh lemon, mint leaves, or orange slices. You can't do it. Good job for loosing the mtn dew. I'm 14 days in on water only. Trust me it gets easier.

YES you have willpower. Don't speak negatively. Imagine how bad you want to become healthier for you and your family. Imagine how you will feel when the clothes start falling off of you. Imagine the tears that will come when you say " I did it!" Don't give up before you start. Stay in the race.

Yeah everyone will say eliminate the word "diet". Try replacing with eating healthier & exercising. My advice is to definitely try to exercise even if its for 30 minutes at least 5 times a week. Eliminate as much sugar as possible from your meals. Drink lots of water. Eat more veggies & lean meats. Learn which carbs are…

Hi I'm trying to lose the same amount. I just started a fruit and veggie regime. Also work out no less than an hour a day 6 days a week. After my 21 day fruit & veggie I plan eating lots of vegetables no carbs, fish and chicken.

Lets see it was so sad. I bust out of 5 pairs of jeans I used to fit 8 months ago. The doc told me I had high blood pressure & my friend lost a lot of weight so I'm jealous.
