do you guys really believe the 6 inch sub calorie counts on subway's menu site? I think the main point is to not starve yourself while pregnant. If you continue to eat your new "lifestyle" foods, maybe add a certain number of calories per day (if your doctor recommends) and eating good, nutritious foods, then there shouldnt' be a problem, your baby will get all the nutrients he/she needs. I can do squats fine, but lunges seem to hurt my knee a bit. also, are we measuring at the biggest part of our waist, or our "true" waist?
