I kinda agree. I still eat mostly everything I did before, but I cut the portions in half but I also kicked up my exercise level up considerably. Seems to be working for me.

5 days a week....1 to 2 hours per day. Low impact cardio every day and racquetball 3x per week. Do some machine workouts every once in a while too. I'm 64 and no unusual aches or pains.
