Since hip surgery on November 30th, I've continued to hit may step marks both daily and weekly. Last week I did some light lifting and today I pushed it. I was able to do various exercises but most proud of the kettlebells I was able to do. I did 3 sets of single arm and 3 double arm lifts and 3 sets of kb squats. I feel…

I am right there with you. Had hip replacement surgery at the end of Nov. Slowly starting to lift again. But no running for several more months. Hope you fully recover quickly.
