Sorry to hear that. I feel ya though. I hadn't had anything but a sinus infection since COVID started. I've had COVID twice since Oct 23. I fell off the training wagon hard! Just now getting back on it. Take care of yourself, you be back on the wagon in no time! Feel well soon.

Happy to say that since joining this challenge on Friday I exceeded my 10K target with 11K+ and while my weekly average was only 9.3K daily for 65.5K for the week it helped get my weekly close to my target. Starting this week I plan to hit my weekly target of 73K. Hope everyone exceeds their targets.

Thanks. Iknow I exceeded 10k yesterday. Don't think I made it the rest of the days. But going forward I'll be pushing myself. I really need to stop listening to the voice in the fridge!

I need to get back to it! So I'll join this challange with the intention of getting 10k steps a day x7 days a week. Thats a minimum not an average. For now I'll make the weekly goal of 73.5K which if my maff be right is just 10.5k steps a day. I'll try and update at least once a week on my progress. I hope that everybody…
