You need to take a look at what you are worried about. You can most certainly not change a person. In a marriage you need to think about things to sacrafice. Maybe talk to him about meeting halfway? Whatever you do dont nag!!! maybe just suggest he join you for a walk or a spontaneous adventure but you need to be accepting…

knurse...AWESOME work!! I am wondering if its almost TOM...I was 137 last week 2 days ago I weighed with a friend 136 and today hopped on said 138.9???? but Ive been eating well this last few days and jogged yesterday. I know weight fluctuates but it was a tad discouraging. These last few lbs are HARD!!

I get in the habit of eating the same breakfast every single day. but then I decided to switch it up. I have about 3 breakfasts I eat and if there arent too many leftovers I make the same few lunches everyday but usually that means that Im eating the same things for about 4 days before switching it up. dinner is different…

Im looking for overall health. Im not lookiing for a fad or a diet or the governments regulated thoughts. I want to know what bodies thrive on how much a real portion is etc. I want a well rounded healthy real diet. nothing to do with weight loss just being truly healthy.

I only log if I did vigorous out of the norm cleaning. but yeah I dont agree with those that log all cals. The minimum amount you are given is to offset the ones you should be burning normally...

some of the calories you are burning are regular everyday activities. walking to and from the kitchen, talking, running your errands all those do add up. Your average is around 1200 a day, or should be then you eat 400 over that and workout those 400 off. Does that help?
