so far, my week is good but don't wanna jinx it. Kinda nervous though because most of the way through this challenge, i'm getting boudoir pictures done as a welcome home present and i'm kinda nervous since it's been weird being this small after being overweight my entire life. eeeek wish me luck.

What is your most recent non-scale victory (NSV)? I was in need of new clothes since my pants didn't fit without being belted. I now wear a size 12 jeans and a medium t-shirt! Random question of the day: What made you decide to lose weight? being 227 when I went into labor was a huge wake up call. I only gained 5 while pregnant but it made me realized, I never want to see the 200's again. I don't want to be the unhealthy mom, i don't want to be the fat mom and I don't want to end up like my own…

i was veg for years. tvp is great for taco meat, sloppy joes ect.

i hit this week's mini goal last week but didn't lose this week but slow and steady especially since i'm still nursing. i'm bound and determined to hit 155 by the time mid june rolls around.

highest at 222 right before I got pregnant last year before I got pregnant and now i'm at 168 4 months post baby. still a little while to go.

i ate good for me food, but i ate the extra calories needed for baby. i walked every day and i lost the little weight i did gain quickly. :)
