drinking a ton of water really helps me control my appetite... eating foods with high fiber and protein content also helps... I'm bad at closing my kitchen at night, but brushing my teeth does the trick there!

Definitely freshly baked brownies... they create a singularity in my stomach and I just devour them like nothing else

I've experienced this too, I go to the gym six days a week to lift weights and use the elliptical and cycles. I always remind myself that no one knows what my goals are except for me. It's not up to them to worry about what you are doing. Be proud!

favorite IPA? Hmm that's a tough one since New Belgium did away with Belgo. And Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale only comes once a year... There's a local microbrewery in my town that does some nice ones though

count me in on the beer lovers thread. Love me a tasty IPA or a nice dark oatmeal stout :P makes it easier to "eat" back my calories, anyway

5'4" and shooting for 135 :) getting control over what you eat just takes time. Eating better can be hard at first, but after a while it becomes the norm. Also it takes a few weeks to retrain your taste buds. Keep it up!

I have had PCOS for at least nine years, and yes it is difficult to lose weight!!! Not a lot of advice or success stories from me personally (I have lost and regained plenty of times), but pcosdietsupport.com has great articles! That site has given me a lot of strength just by letting me know that I'm not alone :)

yep, drinking water. That's my trick! Also putting emphasis on consuming foods high in fiber and protein...
