  • That was the first and only place (so far) I've noticed my weight loss (Dang nab it). Definately the opposite of a NSV!!! My plan is to use the money I'm saving on not stuffing my face with McDonald's every day to pay for a new set someday.
  • I've added a couple people based on their picture and watch morbidly obese shows to remind myself if they can do it -- what the heck is holding me back?? And we sing all the time in our house -- well -- my 3 year old and I do. She just sings about anything (think WonderPets) while I tend to use nursery rhymes or jingles…
  • I agree with this -- for me if someone is "slightly" overweight complaining about how fat they are -- I can't help but wonder how disgusting they think I am. Kudos to you for all your hard work. I can't wait till I'm down to my last 20 lbs to lose.

  • When I drink soda (diet only) I have the most insane urges to snack. I want salt and I want sugar. I have significantly cut back since starting in March -- sometimes only 1 or 2 a week (versus several per day). I don't know how they are related but I really think they are.
