I just revised my goals, after experiencing a NSV of wearing a size 6 pant, I changed my final goal weight to 130. I believe this is a more realistic goal for me!! This weeks check in is 139 whcih is a gain of 2- very disappointing, but could be because of that time of the month coming. My favorite healthy lunch is a- cracked pepper turkey and mozeralla sandwhich on flat bread. Running on the treadmill- I need to get more creative!!

I am loving all of the awesome advice everyone is giving and it is great to know that I am not alone!! I love MFP!! I just need to bit the bullet and get my Butt out of bed. I love the idea of wearing your workout clothes to bed and I think I am gong to be getting a new alarm clock too! :smile:
