Hemp protein smoothie (frozen berries, scoop of hemp protein, banana and 1/2 cup of coconut milk) some mornings. Oatmeal with almonds on the side most days.

I weight lift 2-3 times a week with some cardio on rest days. I just don't think it's enough.

Carrots with any bean dip, hummus, or guacamole, freeze dried fruits, kale chips, rice crackers, apples, sliced veggies, potato/mushroom pate, oat cakes, granola...etc

I'm 18 years old and a virgin, so I hope I'm not in early menopause I eat around 1500-1600 calories a day and work out 3 times a week (weight lifting) with some light cardio on recovery days. I don't know whether I should continue eating and exercising this way because my body's not agreeing with it for some reason.

I'm 5'4, 115-117 pounds and I exercise for about an hour everyday. I hope 1600 calories isn't too much for me.
