I have a friend in MD that runs a doggy day care, and she fosters puppies until they are adopted. This is her latest litter of fosters (one was adopted yesterday)

I tried the Match thing for 3 months. No dates, but a lot of losers and scammers, and the last one had a criminal record, so I cancelled the date and told him to not contact me. Very scary. Then I cancelled my subscription and deactivated my account. No one needs that level of stress in their life, and pay for it too. Not…

Her six year adopt-a-versary photo from yesterday.

LOL - so if I thought that was her sweet and innocent face, can you imagine what she looks like when she is in full blown terrorist mode? I keep telling her it's a good thing she is cute, it might be the only thing that keeps her living in my house.

There really is nothing cuter than a corgi puppy!

I would log it. Use the "if every day was like today" number as motivation to keep those days in check going forward.

Inquiring mind wants to know how you know that ;)

You win! That is the worst!

That was my song too, 24 years ago. My ex could not remember it when my daughter asked him last year. I love this song now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkHTsc9PU2A

inexpensive tv trays. Because he remembered that I said once, that we should get a set so we could eat more comfortably in the living room in front of the TV. Never forgot that one.

I love his posts on Facebook on each trip.

These two are being fostered and ready for adoption in Maryland:

You won't know, and if you get lucky, your imaginary friends will be there with you. Being single you won't have to watch a mate go through it either. I've been single for 6 years. Occasionally I would like to have someone to go out to dinner with other than my friends and family, you know, like a date? I just signed up…

I don't wanna be someone who walks away so easily I'm here to stay and make the difference that I can make Our differences they do a lot to teach us how to use The tools and gifts we got, yeah, we got a lot at stake And in the end, you're still my friend at least we did intend For us to work we didn't break, we didn't burn…

1988 Beretta GT - new car for me that year.

I moved to FL in July of 2004 - my research said that town I was moving to had not had a hurricane strike in 124 years. That year in September we had Frances followed by Jean two weeks later. 7 days with no power the first one, 5 days the second. I thought for sure we would have snow that winter. Just because I had moved…

When I was a kid in Albuquerque they would let us out early for recess so we could play in it before it melted. One morning my mom drove us to school due to snow, and got freaked out when some guy in a pickup started following her - there was maybe three inches of snow on the road. She pulled into a neighbor's driveway, he…

I get most of my concert news from emails from Ticketmaster and LiveNation and the venues themselves. Especially the pre-sale options.

Started the year with Jason Mraz, next is James Taylor followed by Justin Timberlake then Imagine Dragons. Decided to skip Elton John since we have seen him twice in the past 5 years and I suspect ticket prices will be insane.

We had one in our neighborhood that it took us all 14 months to catch her, tried drugs, the AC came out with dart guns, traps, she was too smart. I got to the point that she would eat out of my hand. Then she took a liking to my neighbors new pup, so we used him as bait, and captured her in a horse stall. We got her fixed,…

OMG - the same "velcro" fur that my terrorist has! She brings in all sorts of grass and leaves and stuff all the time. Today it was a 12 inch stick totally tangled in her tail, I had to cut a chunk out to get it loose.
-
Dang, that is the longest bully stick I have ever seen.

The rescue we got Penny from in AL had her listed as a Brittany cross. I have owned terrific Brittany's in the past. As soon as I picked her up from the transport chain that brought her I said "oh boy, now I see what she is crossed with". She was young, and didn't adjust to being a solo dog in an apartment. So she ended up…

I walked 32 miles in two days in NYC in a pair of Easy Spirit Romy and both they and my feet held up fine. I also like them for work at my stand up desk.

My "friend" just dipped her toes into that cesspool and in the past two weeks she is horrified at some of the profiles! And this is on a paid site, she thought the pickin's might be better that way. They are not.
-
I'm not sure, but following because I have a "friend" in the same boat. Hoping to get some pointers. ;)

@jjpptt2 you are a brave man to have two Jack Russell "Terrorists" in your house. I have one that is a cross and she keeps me hopping. She was not a planned addition to the family, and I've allowed her to stay, despite the carnage of the first year adjustment.
