I like mixing it with mandarin oranges or pineapple. Lately I've just been adding it to my salads. Pepper is a simple/easy fix as well. I used to eat a whole container with honey french dressing. That's not very healthy or low cal though. ;)

I stepped on the scale this morning and saw it was under 200lb (199.6lb). I know I was probably only under because I hadn't had as much water as normal yesterday, but seeing that number... I wanted to cry. It's been a long time since I saw that on a scale.

I love food. Eating reasonable portions makes me really sad sometimes. I only recently started this endeavor, but I already miss the mindless snacking at work. I also miss wine... But I love food more, so I don't bother making room for it.
