I use ankle weights when I walk. We have a lot of hills, so when I walk, I wear them. I also use wrist weights as well.

I use Wii Fit and Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing. Those are both good!!

I started feeling the same way. But if I don't log, then I feel guilty for not doing it. But it does helps when you look back to see what you have eaten and see what you can and cannot put into your diet.

I feel that way some times. I just wanna cry when I gain a pound or two. But, you have to give it another try. Do not give up. I just felt like giving up last week. I started to take fish oil pills bout two months ago. I noticed a difference. They are good for your bones too. I feel much better. I have arthritis in my knees and back. They have really helped with that as well.

I drink water for bout every meal. At work on my lunch, I drink two bottles of water. And then for dinner. If we go out to eat, I usually get water to drink as well.

When I first started losing my weight, I noticed the inches first. I got frustrated too. I then went to the trainers at the gym I go to and asked them.
