I work on the 8th floor but the main elevator only goes to the 7th. (8th floor was added later) So I try to never take the last elevator and walk up the last flight. Was getting ready to walk out the door and in a hurry. Turn around stepped over to Hubby to give a quick sideways hug. He was sitting on the sofa. He grabs the back on the size 16 pants I've only been wearing for a little over 2 weeks and he says "these are already lose on you?!". Loved it!

Very good choice! Sounds similar to me, the other day craving chicken salad and was at Costco. They have the best chicken salad but only in a big container. Walked right by it! Then I saw a Good Food brand portion sized made with Greek Yogurt. Got them! Know with the small amounts portioned out it will be much better.

Love it!!! Great NSV!!!! Totally understand it too. I grew up in a very poor household. We were taught to eat everything on your plate because there were times we didn't know when would eat again. It's taken a lot for me to break this thought process. Congrats!!

May a little TMI - Before surgery I was regular everyday. But now if I go every 3rd day I'm happy. But like everyone here says water water water, and try Miralax or others to help you out.

The other thread is me - LOL! So I understand. I think the one that got me recently was walking between cars. I laugh about it now but when it happened it made me feel odd. Because when I walk between cars I've always turned sideway because I didn't want to help clean the cars when I walked between them. Anyone who has…

Woohoo! I've ditched the elastic and for the last 2 day have worn my 16/18 jeans to work. I am doing this!

Totally agree with this - I use Syntax unflavored and add it to almost anything liquid and so far have had no issues.

I'm looking forward to when my starts to grow again. It has really thinned out but no so bad that it's noticeable to others.

Love the comments! I'm big boned and 5'-4". My highest was 320 now down to 233. Seeing you lady's get down to less than 160 give me hope!
