My 1st goal, per the doctor, is 170 so I have a total of 150 to lose total to get my main goal. Once I reach that goal I'll see where I want to end at. Height - 5'-4" SW - 320 CW - 239 GW - 170 (1st goal)

Best on yet for me was I walked by one of my co-workers office and I hear them say "who was that?" to someone in the office with them. They didn't realize the person they saw walk by was me. They stick their head out and say "Oh it's MH! I didn't recognize you from behind you really look great!" LOL! Such a great moment!

Congrats and you are a great inspiration to me and others! My kiddo is one of the biggest reason I stated to make the changes and better choices. We need to be here for our kiddos'! Great work!
