Because you have started to CARE now and no longer living in DENAIL about being obese? Use it as motivation and keep going until you hit that sweet spot then you will feel great and remain self conscious to help maintenance. I went through that feeling Great job by the way, well done.

Try talking to people there, people seem to be pretty friendly at my gym and stop for a chat and you have one thing in common to talk about right away. Just avoid stalkers, serial killers and Republicans (or is that Democrats ? I am from the UK so not sure)

Forget weight loss, yes it is bad for you it's full of rubbish.

You are already doing it, Remember weight doesn't come off evenly all over and it has to come off somewhere LAST and you can't pick where. My weight came off my *kitten* first and chest last I looked like Dolly Parton for a few weeks.

I smoked for 17 years quit 7 years ago the difference after months is great, the difference after 5 is fantastic. I swear it's knocked 15 years off me and stopped my 'fitness' decaying so quickly. I finally did it by stopping drink for 6 months, your mates at the pub will not do you any favours.

This is true too much cardio has a negative impact on building muscle. Very Extreme cardio can also burn some muscle mass over time as the body can only take so much from fat stores. WW is terrible at the end of the day they are trying to SELL you something. Have you ever eaten a weight watchers meal they are dreadful, devoid of flavour and you are left hungry after eating them.

A good doctor will tell you exercising through sickness is dangerous as it put pressure on the heart, rest is key here.

How do you prefer it???? I do 30 mins cardio, then all my strength then another 30 to 60 mins cardio.
