Just keep telling yourself it's poison and that eveytime you eat it, it's giving heart disease, diabetes and you are getting closer to a coffin. Also look at exactly what's in it if you have never heard of any of the ingredients google them especially additives. This is how I got over my Monster Munch addiction.

Add more veg to you evening meal, like steamed carrots snacking at 10 just before bed is not good.
