It's kinda nice not having to restrict anything but rather be able to enjoy in moderation isn't it :-)

Such an inspiring story of what one can do in just 1 year! Congratulations!!! You look confident & happier in your "after" pictures, and while I'm sure your parents have always been proud of you, they look even more so in that "after" picture :-) Thanks for sharing!

Good job to all you losers out there ;-) It's inspiring to be on board with such a great group of people! I've noticed an increase in my energy levels these last few days. I managed to do the treadmill Mon thru Fri for a half hour each morning. It started to feel "easier" towards weeks end. My trusty fitbit encouraged me…

I tend to eat low(er) carb... berries being my go to fruits. Bready products are my weakness so I try to stay away from them. Will allow myself the Ezeikel (sp?) bread products on occasion. I don't have a sugar addiction (aka junk food)... I prefer raw honey and pure maple syrup if I was going to indulge in the stuff. I…

Had to push the scale even further out of sight under my dresser LOL @resilientmom I think I did see a recent article suggesting daily weigh ins, but can't recall where I read it. It's always interesting to see what other people are using for tools on…

I'm attempting to go the month of January and not step on the scale so as to not be discouraged if the number isn't what I "want" to see :-) It's hard... but I'm excited to see what months end will bring!
