Hi there everyone I'm 37 and have 30lb plus to lose. I need to lose weight in order to have surgery on my hip so I'm desperately trying to be good! Losing weight is sooooo difficult and I feel this is something I have struggled with all my life! I'd love to be friends feel free to add me and send me a message.

Have you got a lot to lose sherry? I really need to lose about 5 stones to be healthy but have no goal before I can have my surgery it was a case of lose some weight and come back in 3 months! My life feels like it has been a constant diet! Does anyone else feel the same?

Not sure if I am posting in the right place but my orthopaedic consultant and my GP have both suggested bariatric surgery. I'm very reluctant and scared about this option but would like to know all the facts before I decide for or against. Have people on here had surgery? Can you tell me a little first hand so to speak…
