One of my closet friends reacted so stupid when I told her I was starting my diet. She was so much not supportive and she kept saying negative things like "oh thats not going to last" and "why would you wanna do that". Lol and get this shes taller/slimmer than me and she complains that shes fat. Like really!!!

The medical scales are kind of iffy. The only medical scales I like are the digital ones, those seem more accurate.
