You have got to get a food scale. They are quite inexpensive and you will really be alarmed once you realize the difference. You are probably eating 20-30% more than you think you are. I love oatmeal but for some reason I find I'm hungry very soon after eating it and it gives me horrible heartburn!! I know oatmeal is supposed to be one of those foods that's good for sensitive stomachs but it just doesn't sit well with me at all.

I have a shellfish/fish allergy and I have no problem getting my protein in every day. Chicken, whole egg and/or egg whites, pork loin, turkey, chickpeas, lentils, greek yogurt...all very high in protein and lean.
