When I was little, maybe 5 years old, I saw an old cheesy horror movie, where someone was killed with a shower head, so I dont like to face the shower head. Just the same, its a bit painful on my face. I also only use my right hand, and I keep my left arm behind my back when I shower. Not a clue why I do this

Best option I have always found is exercising before I go to bed. Another thing is dont use a cellphone, a computer monitor, or a TV 1/2 hour before bed. The brightness of the screen has been correlated to people who have trouble sleeping. If that doesnt work, you can always try using a single benadryl 1/2 hour before bed.…

Its how ads work.
