I make a zucchini pizza that is really good or so I think. You use a bowl that can hold at least 2 qts. or more. Cut the zucchini thinly lengthwise. Put a layer at the bottom of the baking dish. Put a layer of cooked hamburger and then a layer of pizza sauce. Do this 2 or 3 times. Top it off with mozzerella cheese. Put it…

when I use cukes I will slice them and an onion thinly and put them in white vinegar and let them set for a couple of hours and then eat them. I also slice real thin and use on a sandwich.

I love my George Foreman. I do anything and everything. There is no point at what you can't do. if you do it on an outdoor grill do it on the foreman.

We lke to use the tyson ready to bake chicken strips and serve with different sauces. Buffalo, bbq, and ranch are the favs around here.

I like to go to a SAM'S club and get frozen tilapia, flounder, or cod. they all already have a coating of some kind and are ready to bake. My kids really like these too. For them to eat fish I hit the jackpot when I found these in the frozen sections.
