The answers in this thread go to show that it totally depends on the person you are approaching and how you approach them. Just my opinion, but I think you should consider the person before you approach them – does their body language say they are open to it? Are they making eye contact with people they don’t know?…

When I see someone running - no matter what they look like, how sweaty they are, mouth open or closed - I am always simply impressed that they are out there doing it. Think of all the people out there like me that you could impress and inspire!

Thanks for the recommendation. Just checked out the clip on Collage Video, then purchased from Amazon!

Awesome job! Looking good!!

I used my HRM and figured it out to be about 16-18 calories a minute for me. I usually just log it as 10 to be on the safe side.

You ARE beautiful!

100%. But I've only done 1 (a half marathon near home). My husband doesn't run - or even exercise at all - but having his support meant a lot to me.

Kettlebells are great!! I try to do HIIT with them 3 times a week getting both cardio and strength training done at the same time. I started with a 10 minute solution video I picked up on sale somewhere. I read the reviews of most of the kettlebell vieos on the market and they aren't great. So I got a basic strenght…

I have anything-and-everything induced asthma and have had countless severe attacks. But I completely agree with Persilcolours: This has worked for me....mostly.

Ditto! I hate traditional strength training, but I love working out with kettlebells.

I have. It is really simple and only takes a few minutes. They set you up on a treadmill, let you set the speed and then record you running for a munite or two. Then they play it back in slow motion and explain your gait. Then they show you shoes that are best for your specific gait.

I do this too:)

Awesome!!! So proud of you! Great story. Thanks for sharing it and making me smile today.
