I'd grab a big bag of potato chips and sit there and eat the whole lot in front of the computer. Even after this I'd still feel hungry! Now, I barely touch chips and if I do it's a VERY small handful every once in a blue moon. I feel better, mentally and physically for not having them :)

I felt fantastic! I've lost 4kgs in the two months or so and family + family friends have been mentioning how good I'm looking! Hearing their comments makes me want to work harder. It's awesome to know my hard work and effort is finally paying off! :)

Say something! Try and be polite but don't hold back. By them miscalculating their food and exercise they are hurting themselves and will only end up being disappointed when they are on the scales. Think of it as you doing them a favour!

Totally agree with having a pre-sleep structure but definitely do not take a shower before bed!
