Beats me. I "gained" nearly two pounds this week, but MFP app says I had a calorie deficit for that week. But my sodium levels were red all weekend. Oh well

For those of you who already have the DVDs, how long is your upper body workout? My pamphlet says 35 min, but when I watched it today, it was only ~20 minutes long. It goes right into the workout, --no warm up. Am I missing something?

+1 I tried Pb2 on my toast, and it didn't satisfy me. I went back to real peanut butter the next day. However, Chocolate Pb2 in my smoothie is fabulous!! I get a whole chocolate peanut butter smoothie for about 185 calories.

+1 Last week I dropped 6 pounds. It stayed that weight even after stepping off and back on. It went back to my normal weight the next day.

I eat it. Usually a brownie or chocolate chip pancakes. I tried to ignore it but then I'll end up eating three 100 calorie snacks and STILL want chocolate. So I figured it's better to just work the chocolate in somehow. Sometimes I'll eat a 200 calorie lunch and 200 calorie chocolate snack. I feel happy and satisfied so it…

I love pickle juice. So does hubby. I like tuna & mayo over brown rice. I put frozen beets in my cherry smoothies.

My first moment was when I was packing for a family vacation and none of my jeans fit without a muffin top. However that didn't motivate me, I just bought new (bigger, looser) jeans on vacation. My real "oh hell no" was feeling fat roll on my thighs when I sat down to use the toilet.

We just discovered a gelato shop less than two miles away from our house. Portion sizes are perfect and flavor is intense.

Lost 60 pounds in 2011, kept it off in 2012. 2013 I gained 25 pounds and returned to MFP in 2014. I can't really pinpoint what happened in 2013 that triggered my weight gain, but I did go through a slump that just made me lazy and not care or be excited about anything. I drink water before mealtime to keep myself from snacking "samples" when I'm preparing a meal. I drink water during mealtime to keep myself from scarfing everything down in two minutes. I just have to add that kitten is ADORABLE. I just want to put her in my pocket and carry her around all day. Lol

I am trying to get healthy before baby! I have a four year old. It took us about 6 years of trying to get pregnant. I don't know if I'll ever get pregnant again--I'm in my 40s. But I sure hope so.
