i do mine at 350 for about 30 minutes

i squeeze a little lemon juice on it and then theirs an actual spice thats lemon pepper, i just add a light coat to the chicken and bake

i do the chicken tacos above. Otherwise i dice up chicken and add in buffalo sauce put it in a tortilla with lettuce. For whole chicken breasts, i bake mine with lemon pepper seasoning or cajun seasoning.

As much as i need it, i would turn it in. I once found a decent sum of money at my old job at a department store and turned it in, no one ever claimed it and i was given the money in the end and i had a guilt free consience. I would hope that the person who lost it needed it more than i did.

god i ate horribly from the time i woke up til the time i went to bed. I would drink 6-7 pepsis a day. For breakfast id have a couple hot pockets, then snack, for lunch prolly 3 burritos with a crap ton of spicy ranch, more snacking, for dinner buffalo wings, french fries, more spicy ranch and then more snacking... lol, i will have to do that, i have no one here to take it for me until this weekend when the hubby is home, so i just took one on my own, not the best lol, didnt want to post it in the thread so not everyone has to look at a close up of my back fat lol, but i put some on my profile

i find the sodium is always pretty high but i occasionally grab the smart ones by weight watchers, they seem to have the most flavor

im still addicted to pop, but i switched from 6-8 regular pepsi's a day to 3-4 diet mountain dew, even though i know its not great, its still better than where i was!

i cant answer that specific question but ive noticed that about other exercises as well, ive been sweating and about falling over from a workout and it says i burned less calories than an easy workout. I think we all need HRM's to get an accurate readout.
