Im a SAHM too, its hard some days, i eat every few hours but not a ton of food and i still go for convience. Sometimes thats all i can do! I try to have apples already diced and servings already bagged up of different foods so its easy to grab and go. I figure even if i have to eat a smart ones meal its better than…

its a rough one, i always want to eat when im stressed, i try to walk away from the situation, literally, go get some fresh air or something, and if i cant do that then i start cleaning, anything to keep my hands busy helps me

DIET COKE CAKE!!!!! So simple! Take a chocolate cake mix and mix with only a can of diet cola, bake as normal and top with fat free cool whip, it tastes awesome!!

its hard! Sometimes i dont get any exercise in at all honestly, besides running after them lol. Otherwise they generally think its funny when im dancing around to dvds and like to go for walks with me.
