If you are weight training you should up your calories to 1500-1700. Also food with a higher fat content will make you feel more satiated. Best wishes

Bacon wrapped chicken breast or thighs. Wrap three pieces of bacon around a breast, two for thighs, place in the crockpot. Sprinkle with onion powder and paprika, cook for 6 hrs on low. Super tasty!

If you lift, stop flat benching and start incline benching, dumbell,barbell, and incline flys this will start building mass in your upper chest and offset the mass in the lower. It will take a while but it works
