I just started too. The food journalling really does help. I make a lot of recipes and sometimes it can be arduous to included all of the ingrediants in the calorie count. I wonder if I am approximating the measurements correctly.

3x per week is my schedule. Trying real hard to find a pace that I can sustain. Tonight I am trying for 2:05. 2:00 is too fast and 2:10 gets boring.
