I'm not into the hip hop scene but do like enjoy the uptempo tunes for my runs. Can somebody clue me in on some good ones to listen to while running 5-10k?

A few more, Crackerman and Wicked Garden by Stone Temple Pilots. Also, Looks that Kill and Wildside by Motley Crue are killer workout tunes for me.

Sorry I'm an idiot :) "Starry Eyed Surprise" by Oakenfold for running. Also really like "Panama" by Van Halen "Miracle" by Nonpoint. A lot of Rob Zombie is good in the gym also.

"Miracle" by NonPoint is a kick *kitten* tune that will keep you going. "Starry Eyed Surprise" BY Oakenfold is a great running tune.

Depends what kind of workout I'm doing. If I'm running, I like something uptempo with a beat I can run to. In the gym, it's all about the hard rock to keep up the intensity.

I'm actually looking to get back up to 200lbs. No need to be held accountable for that. Gaining weight is easy. I'm on my fitness pal because I'm trying to do it the healthy way.
