I just work the foods I want into my calorie allotment. A heavy cheat day could negate the loss for the week if you consume a lot of calories.

I have seriously cut back. I used to fit many alcoholic beverages into my calorie limits months before, but my weight loss was so slow. Now that I've cut back a lot, my weight loss has increased.

When I keep the big gerd triggers out of my diet (fried foods, coffee, red wine, carbonated beverages), I can then consume the lesser triggers like hot sauce, raw veggies, cooked tomatoes. Losing weight has helped me some.

Black eyed peas, lima beans, chicken and beef liver. There is really nothing that can be done to make these palatable to me.

I don't have a strict schedule. It's more like I shave a few calories off each day during the week and eat the extras during the weekend. I track my calories weekly.

I drink 4 cups of black tea daily along with other dark herbal teas each day. My pee is always very light yellow.

I have been working on relearning and eating according to my hunger cues. That being said, I eat when hungry and the amount I eat depends upon how hungry I am. I drink lots of tea, some milk, and a couple glasses of water. I also get some water through my food. I am well hydrated and have nice skin also.

Add to be honest, since I've upped my veg so much, I really don't have room for my potato anymore. I actually ate closer to 11 servings…

I use an 16:8 IF schedule. So my breakdown is by time, not meals.

You might be able to eat more if you cut back on the water. That's a lot along with the liquids in your food and whatever else you drink.

So you don't want to eat the porridge because you believe it is bloating you? Or it could be the milk too right? Either way there are zillions of breakfast ideas. I love a small potato with eggs and salsa for satiety. Yogurt and fruit is nice as well.

Okay that makes me feel a little more sane. Lol. Regardless of fruit and veg, I swear to myself that I will not gain weight during this time. We will live in corporate housing for one month and I am bringing both scales. No excuses.

I didn't say I eat less food. I actually eat a lot of food. :/ To be more specific, as long as I eat less calories than I burn I will lose weight.

I love milk too. I drink about 1.5 cups per day but I really could drink so much more. And I despise skim, the more fat the tastier.

I don't know if I've lost a size yet although I'm down 18 pounds. My clothes are all different sizes from different retailers and there are no standards in women's sizes. I do know that my pants fit better and one pair is falling off.

Mine is the 190s. I'm there now and have been here 4-5 times in the past. I have self-sabotaged each time prior and regained. I've thought a lot about why I ruin my loss each time. I don't have the answer. But I know that I'm pushing through this time and am so excited to meet the other side.
