These are awesome. Just be sure if you bake the whole batch in the oven...once they are done, you cut them up and freeze them. That way they last longer (I tend to pick if there is a whole pan of brownies in front of me) and they still stay fresh and delicious. I take them out of the freezer and "nuke" I mean microwave…

I am 48 and I bought the 30 day shred last week. Started to watch/participate in Level 1 and quickly realized my cardio endurance was sorely lacking especially after the 3 minute weight portion. So I have been walking on the treadmill upping my intensity...hoping to start it next Monday. Good Luck!

I totally agree, I am 48 years old and I think biking is probably the easiest thing to tackle when starting an exercise routine. Good luck and feel free to add me!

Absolutely, there are people like me who are way more unfit than you. I couldn't jump rope for 2 minutes never mind 10 minutes. My "fast food" lunch. I would get so hungry running errands that I would go to the Burger King drive through and order TWO whopper juniors (no cheese or onions ) and a diet coke. I thought I was being good because I didn't get fries..HA. Then I would go food shopping!

I agree vitamuffins are awesome, microwave them for a few seconds so they are nice and warm, top with fat fee whipped cream!
