Personally, I don't think you have to eat your exercise calories when you are eating at you have calculated your TDEE and how much you want to lose. Your exercise is included in those calculations.

The fitbit is small. I clip it to my bra and it does monitor sleep patterns. It comes with a little wrist band in which you slip the fitbit into. I love my fitbit.

According to your diary you are barley reaching 1000 calories on most days. I understand that some of day you aren't logging everything and that's fine cause tis life but consistent logging will help. What type of exercise are you doing?

The general consensus is trust your HRM. One....or two said subtract your BMR.

But doesn't the HRM take your resting HR in consideration? When I set up my HRM I put in my height and weight and allathat so when I start a work out it's close to my resting HR (if I haven't been running around the house looking for the dang thing). So if your resting HR is 46 then the HRM should know how hard you are…
