Jump back on the cross trainer, or take the dog out for a longer walk....only if it's fat that's over!!! Maybe carbs too but I actually try to go over my protein as many people have said it's set too low on here!

I'm saving this for weekend breakfast, sounds amazing!!

I've never stuck to a health and fitness regime as long as I've been on mfp....it's addictive and very supportive and I cannot imagine not logging in each day or thinking ahead about what I'm eating or exercising! Best of luck, you'll love it!!
-
Love!! Well done, makes you feel so good when that happens! Well done!

Oooh, okay what's a 5 pace? I usually do extra cross trainer the days I'm not doing weights. Been seeing a lot of people talking about HIIT, might give it a go, thanks for the advice! :)

I'm a stylist/image consultant and dress people with curvy figures all the time....my favs!!!. You have to get used to the shape your body is, it's not fat that's making you that shape, it's your natural body shape. Some of us are curvy, some of us are straight and not always one or the other. I for example am curvy on…

I try to do about 100ish protein per day i'm exercising, I usually do about 45 mins of cross trainer 5 days a week (600-650 cals) and do weight lifting 3x per week but only for about 30 mins. I don't eat all my exercise cals, maybe about 200 under as I think that sometimes you over estimate exercise and underestimate what…

LOVE!! I wrote something today that this would go perfectly with!! :) Thanks for posting that!

I've had knee trouble since I was 11 years old as I have a condition that affects them. My consultant told me to ditch my physiotherapist (not suggesting at all that you do this but you might want to see an orthopedic consultant instead) and gave me exercises to strengthen the knee muscle. Swimming, leg lifts (lie on your…

Glad I'm not the only one.....this will explain my sudden 3lb on this morning! I'm drinking water today like there's a drought coming just to get rid of extra water.......going to avoid wheat for a bit if I can. Thanks all! I think I'll have to give it a miss for a few days and limit it again..... I love bread and do not want to have to give it up! I buy bakers fresh bread, never shop bought supermarket bread but I think I'll try making it myself again see if that makes a difference, good tip!!

Hi, I'm from Scotland but live in Dubai at the moment. I've lost 2 stone 8lbs over the last year and a half not trying very hard, that is until I joined MFP in Aug (where I've lost 17lbs so far!). I'm doing it slowly and carefully and working out like never before. Miss the fresh Scottish weather for long walks but prefer…

I found "cross trainer" and use it every day, and then put in the amount of calories you burned from your machine. I find my machine is different from the estimated calories burned on mfp.

Wow, you look completely different....incredible, even in overalls! Well done!!!! :)

Yes, I've read reports - for both sides! No, I never ever starve myself, I get more than enough protein (my personal recommended amount) I lose between 1 & 2lbs a week (recommended amount) I didn't suggest I was special I don't remember ever asking for your assistance on my journey, you're too sensitive and easily offended…

I do apologise, I didn't realise your opinion was more relevant than mine................

Flippant quotes are actually not helpful nor supportive! It's a gross generalisation to say that those who don't want to eat all their exercise calories back want to be "skinnyfat". Some people on here have problems with food and stuffing themselves when they don't feel the need for calories is counter-productive. It's not…
