Love it!! I've decided to do the same, was cross-trainering for about 45-50 mins a day and cut that back to 30 and doing weight training for half an hour on top.....so, very glad to hear it worked for you too!! :happy:

I guess eating at maintenance for a day or two wont hurt!!? I've reduced my carb metric to 40%, I think it was at 55% before. Let's see. I'm happy to try anything right now! Thanks for the advice everyone! :happy:

Tues 18th Oct Was very, very bad yesterday and managed to fit in zero exercise except walk the dog in the evening!!! Had client shoot in the morning and then photos to edit from the weekend's shoot to get to a corporate client so had zero time for anything. Felt terribly guilty about it too!!

I sometimes go for Isopure Alpine punch juice if I need to. I don't know if you can get it, it's not a shake just a bottle of juice, it has 160 cals, no carbs or sugar and 40g of protein in it, and tastes quite nice!!
