  • the weekend is quickly approaching which i am so glad for.... the weekends are always the hardest for me as far as eating right and not to much and exercising.... Any suggestions on what to do or not to do and what makes it easier?
  • i have never been to curves before..... how i look at it is if you can stick to something it will work for you... i always had a hard time going to the gym because i was alone and i couldn't get my butt to get there... now i am working out at home with my sister in law and i love it and it is easy because i have someone!

  • The other day i exercise and only ate the 1290 i had for the day and i felt like crap after i exercise... i thought i was going to pass out.... i learned you need those calories if you are going to be exerciseing your body needs them

  • i think if you just let them know you are trying to get in better shape they will understand... no one is going to think that you are rude for trying to get in better shape!
  • If you go out... Split whatever you have in half.... Get a 2 go box before you order... (if it's a sit down restaurant) and take what you have and split it in half RIGHT when you get it and you can't eat the whole thing

  • that happened to me yesterday... i did this really cheesy workout video that was amazing on Tuesday and yesterday my legs hurt so bad but i told myself i have to walk EVERYDAY at lunch!! It hurt so bad but i felt so good after it... (well i was in tons of pain) i just told myself it hurts now but you will like the results…

  • So i went on a walk yesterday around this lake by my work which is almost 2 miles, then i went jogging and walking with my boyfriends sister for like 15-20 minutes and then a workout video that was totally cheesy but so much fun! I am so excited!! I am going to try to do this at least 4 times a week! Wish me luck!!
