I usually eat some of my exercise cals back, but I don't do super high burns either, so it's pretty easy. I am also set at 1500 intake a day, don't know how people can stay at 1200, I'd be eating my leg off, LOL. I don't eat a lot at one sitting, but I pretty much eat every 2-3 hours through out the day.

I don't think it really matters, as long as the number keeps going down, who cares what the reading on the scale is, right? Pick one and make that "your scale".. only count weigh ins on your scale.
