I use non-dairy creamer (mostly french vanilla), and a serving of that is 35 calories. I used to drink coffee with like a boatload of sugar, so I think that's a good compromise. XD I drink up to 3 cups a day, so I just budget it in - because I can't live without coffee. :p

When I'm low on time, I make a pesto chicken zoodle dish. Pesto of your choice, cooked chicken, zoodles, chop up a couple roma tomatoes, and serve with some parmesan. Can cook the chicken in garlic, or spruce up the recipe easily by adding other veggies for more texture.
