I get it bad at night too. Toss and turning and all I want my husband to do is punch me in the calves, NO LIE! The leg massager helps, it really does. I was given the RX for it but decided to bare it out......I hate it but I'm SO use to it as I've had it all my life.

YES! I was diagnosed with RLS. I have a leg massager that rubs the muscles but dang, it hurts and so annoying. I usually get it at night when I go to bed.

Lost 20 pounds, 30 pounds then I just started eating well, changing my lifestyle and exercising. Down to a size 2. Now it's my goal to stay there......Went from 205 to 120ish.

I love, LOVE my cheese. I do eat cheese but I use the food scale to make sure I count my calories correctly when eating my tasty treats. Also, I buy part skim mozzarella cheese in a block form, low cal and a tasty little treat.

We have the Vitamix and we LOVE IT!!!!! It was around $400 but worth every penny. We've had it for a few years now and we use it on a daily basis. My husband has diabetes and it helps make healthy shake/drinks for him when his blood sugar needs to go up. I've also made soup in it.

I have no idea how many calories are in steak, maybe if you listed what part of the cow you are eating you will get a better accuracy on the calorie count.

Monday: 1,555 calories doing Zumba Tuesday: 1,301 calories doing Zumba Wednesday: 1,648 calories doing Zumba Thursday: 2.031 Friday: 2,106 total burned is 8,641 Tomorrow will be an active rest day for me and I'll do a short workout on Sunday. Keep up the great work peeps!
