today was day 1 for me....alpha cardio...I got 197 calories burned in the 25 minutes....not that great of a result because I get more on 20 minutes of treadmill...however I did do mostly the modified...I find the lunges to be my worse area on the cardio...see what is next !!

I started today the t25 cardio....I was only able to do mostly the modified but I did do that whole 25 minutes without stopping...I find the fast lunging to be my most difficult move on the alpha cardio so far...but im optimistic that I will be able to get away from some modified move by next week

i just got mine tonight...so im going to start doing it tomorrow morning when i get off work...i like the fact it is only 25 minutes...i can knock that out quickly and go to sleep...zzzzzz !!!
