I know you want fries but just be sure to plan ahead, they all have their calories online. I have looked at ones where we might go and gotten an…
  • This is a very good idea... if you are somewhere like a restaurant excuse yourself to go to the bathroom, walk around in there for a few minutes... you can always say you ran into someone that had a question, old friend you haven't seen in a LONG time, someone was crying... whatever excuse you want LOL just hang out…
  • Food...yes Beverages only soda pop, which I drink a Zero or Max but the reason I log them is to know when I've had one, so I know if my sugar (diabetes) goes off target so I can see what did I drink or eat differently that day. I very rarely drink anything but water now. I count my coffee when I have one, which is about 3…

  • Well female on limited diet should take something like OsCal (calcium) and you should take a good multiple vitamin, I don't think you need a bunch of special things but that's my opinion

  • OK bad dietitian! I was put on this diet 800-1000 calories by my specialist (a DOCTOR) and my food diary is open if you want to look (check out the week of the 7th)... I eat normal foods, high protein is the key to keep your hair and body health up. This person has taken away your protein and these meal replacements are…

  • I do most of my workouts in the pool for a couple of reasons, one it's much easier on the joints so no pain afterwards, plus I have a balance issue so hey if I fall in the pool I won't get hurt. I do all sorts of stuff, I vary it often from, water jogging, water aerobics, laps and the list goes on... love working out in…
  • This is very generic... so freezing or keeping in fridge all depends on WHAT you bought... shrimp/fish you need to eat the next day or throw it. Chicken/pork/beef 3 days will be fine... rice freezes nicely, noodles don't... the list goes on. The safest choice is when you have restaurant leftovers try to eat them for lunch…
