I mix my cereal with Greek yogurt (any flavor) and it is delish plus filling and bring up that protein count. I often use Special K Protein cereal (@ 14g protein a serving) too which is very good mixed together but seriously any cereal will go great with it.

I recently learned that it does not matter what time you eat that big meal, some do like to break their meals down into 5 or 6 mini meals so they never feel hungry and don't binge some like to have it at night so they don't snack. You will find different opinions on this, but rule of thumb is eat your daily limit, the 1600 and when you work out you should eat 1/2 of that amount or an additional 200 (half of your 400 burn) I personally do not do that, I have them if I need or want to go over my daily but so far I just am not hungry and it's working…

Well even a cheap scale is better than none, but I upgraded to Thinner by Conair it is digital so it tells you every little bit and man when you see .80 go to .60 it's a whole lot better than not seeing anything because it wasn't a full pound! :wink:
