Hahahahahaha :) Too true.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I almost spat water on my keyboard at work! My co-workers all now officially know now that I am slacking.
-
YES! This is exactly the problem. I am a very strong willed, argumentative, stubborn pain in the *kitten* so I need to find a nice guy that won't let me walk all over him. I also have an addiction to musicians which means they are overemotional, generally immature, and flaky as all hell which is not fun either. Mr. Perfect…

OMG I just laughed out loud in the office, damnit, I definitely don't disagree though.

Hey Ladies, I am 21, looking to lose around 60lbs total. Feel free to add me for support.
-
I'm IN! No dairy for 21 days, cheese is one of my biggest weaknesses and it's HUGELY caloric. Dun dun dunnnnn.

I LOVE all of your ink!

I am Gluten intolerant, I was never tested for Celiac but that is the assumption. Eating GF is not that bad once you get used to it, Udi's makes a great white bread and Schar products are amazing! Oats are usually not GF unless they specify on the package. Quinoa is a great substitute grain and there are tons of things you…

You should most definitely be FEELING a difference, in your energy levels and the way your body functions, however weight really depends on the person. Don't get too caught up on the scale and numbers because they can be discouraging. Monitor how you feel and how your clothes are fitting and try only weighing yourself once…
-
It is very likely iron but if you find out that it isn't you might consider getting tested for Celiac disease. If you are eating vegetarian I would assume you eat a fair amount of carbs. I am gluten intolerant and if I get even a little bit of gluten I get super groggy and you can't get rid of it.

I'll take it, better than Rosie, or Snookie, I got Rachel Ray once, I'd take that too lol.
-
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! That's funny, I am about as tanned as a snowball and 5'6 but ok.
-
Totally used to get Rosie ODonell, nice eh?
-
Bump

My go to is apples and peanut butter, it is both sweet and salty, has protein so it is filling and it is not too bad as long as you monitor the amount of PB you are using :)
-
Keep positive! You can do it.

I LOVE Turbo Jam, it's fun, relatively easy to follow and you will see results. I am terrible at following prescribed plans because I am a student and I don't always have the budget for the suggested eating habits but I know that I feel the "burn" in my whole body when I do Turbo Jam. I have had it for about 4 years and…

I am super jealous of how incredibly hot you are. Thanks for the motivation :D

Vodka, Gin and basic white rum are all lower in calories (although rum has more sugar), avoid tonic as it is super high in sugar (personally I try to avoid too much sucralose and therefore I don't drink diet). If you like the taste of alcohol flavoured vodka and water is not too shabby and it makes avoiding a hangover…

Bump!

Welcome! I started at 205 2 weeks ago, I don't own a scale so I haven't weighed myself yet but I am around the same ball park. Feel free to add me :)
-
I will also go with the Udi's, I eat gluten free all the time and to be honest I usually just avoid bread but Udi's is by far the best, Kinnickin (sp?) tapioca rice bread isn't bad for toasting or grilled cheese though.

3rd year University student here, so difficult to try and find time to be healthy. My current "fad workout" is Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, it's only 27 minutes and is a really good workout :)

I agree whole heartedly with the sense of humour part, but the part that will get me every time is a guy with a great smile. There is nothing better than a smile that makes your heart melt, but a good pair of broad shoulders doesn't hurt either (I like a little meat on my men :P)
-
It depends largely on your body type. I know I can feel like I am not working that hard and still have my heart rate be super high. Next time you are at the gym use a machine with an HRM and see how hard you have to feel like you are working and compare :)

The only thing I would suggest is to watch out for the sodium content of packaged food. Ideally if you cut out most of the processed stuff (not that there is a lot :) ) you would be best off. Be especially careful of things like crystal light that contain fake sugars. Ask any personal trainer and they will tell you that…

I plan to start 30ds today, I have a banquet in just under 3 weeks and I want to kick my butt into gear with the fitness so I can look dead sexy in whatever dress I decide to buy :)
