Week 3 - Day one complete - Core Synergistics

I don't see it lasting for the long term but you should have as much fun as you can. Enjoy that new body of yours (and his). Teach him a thing or two!

And you're sure he's not gay right? :-)
-
In that case just jump his bones and often as you can. LOL
-
Hmm, that might make things a little tougher. Fling or long term?

How shy is this guy around other women? If he is normally a very shy guy then you'll need to make the next move yourself. You also need to look at the women that he's dated in the past to figure out what type of girls he likes. Are they tall, short, skinny, big, outgoing, shy, confident, needy, ... do you fit his "type". I…

I'm 47 but I don't feel old. Does that count?

Week 2 complete for me. On to week 3.

I took today as my rest day. Thursdays are the busiest day of the week for me.

The first week is painful. Hot baths with epson salt helps somewhat. Drinking lots of water helps your muscles recover quicker. The main thing is just to keep hitting 'Play' and work out the soreness.

I list mine under Aerobics, General and put the P90X routine that I did in the notes. The first time I did P90X I used my heart rate monitor and entered the exact calories and time for each routine, but I quickly found that I basically averaged right at 600 calories per routine. So this time instead of dealing with the…

I started on December 26th so today is week 2 - day 1 for me. Just finished Core Synergistics. All of my soreness from week 1 is gone.

My name is Larry from Atlanta, GA. This will be my 3rd round of P90X. I'm 47, my current weight is 220 lbs and my initial goal is to get to 195 lbs. From there I will see if I need to go any lower. My highest weight was 330 lbs. I've spent several years getting rid of the weight really really want to get below 200 lbs. I…

You could get married at 14, the average life expectancy was 40-50, and you needed big families to work the farm. It's not like a woman in those days had many options. Those days are long gone. Now a woman has options and shouldn't feel pressured to have children so early. There is plenty of time.

Guys smiling or talking to girls always comes across as creepy. Girls smiling or talking to guys is always welcome .... go figure!

21 is too young.

P90X

Cherry Coke Zero is my addiction.

Yes!

Having to go is one thing but the reaction to this sugar free stuff is on a whole different level and it all happens sooooo fast.
-
I made the mistake of eating a bag of sugar free Jelly Belly's at the start of a 3 hour drive. I had to stop every half hour to find a toilet. This stuff makes ex-lax seem mild!

Count me in!

I'm 47 and have dislocated my knee several times and have had knee problems since my 20's. I HIGHLY recommend P90X. I started doing P90X when I was around 300 pounds and it really helped me get into the best shape that I've been in since high school. P90X gives you alternative ways of doing the exercises for people with…

I want to start another round of P90X in January. Count me in!

LOL, great question!

I have my treadmill upstairs in our spare room. If it was downstairs I'd probably never use it. The only problem that I have with it being upstairs is that my Son's bedroom is the room below the treadmill. I just have to use the treadmill when he's not home sleeping.

I wish I could only eat when I'm hungry. This time of year I tend to eat because it's available. I intended to eat light today but every other person in the office brought food and now I'm beyond stuffed. Of course if I could control those urges I wouldn't need this site to loose weight. Sigh ... a never ending problem.…

There are plenty of 24 hour gyms for less than $20.00 a month, but watch out for the $70+ account activation fee ... aka ... salesman commission. $30-$40 is about right for a standard gym with classes and having a daycare onsite is nice.
