I do not go outside too much here.I live in the Louisiana where we stay hot till most of the time November.So till it reaches in the 70's I wont go out side that much.I do not like the heat Once it gets cold I will be out there.

I am going to stick with my general dancing for now.It is fun I make up my own work out catered to me and what I can do.As I get more in shape maybe I can do workouts from videos but for now I am doing this and having a fun time.I am starting to feel a little more energy and want to do more.So I guess it is working…

I have been doing general dancing for my exercise so far.I am just doing my own thing just shaking all what God gave me and trying to have fun.I am doing 10 minutes a day everyday if I go one day without exercise I find for me I come up with a excuse not to exercise.

What do you recommend for people just starting out to do?I do not run I can walk but I have a bad leg and am very out of shape.I am starting all over again,I am extremely over weight so I know I have to start small and build from there.I am also going to be 46 so what ever anyone has in mind to help I will try.
